A Relaxing Getaway with Room Access to the Pool
We enjoyed 3 lovely nights. The room with pool access made for a perfect relaxation spot. Do watch your step in the dimly lit areas. Dining options nearby provide a range of flavors, but the breakfast could use a better touch. A lock on the bathroom door would add comfort.

Got elegant, tastefully decorated room with all comforts, nice decoration plus a balcony. Location in the heart of the city was a plus.

Had a lovely suite with a fine view! The breakfast was great with tons of options. Just a heads up, the pool needed more maintenance. A solid choice for a getaway 🌴

Breakfast.
To be honest, its extmely expensive for the location and failities. Bad beds, bad TV, nothing to do in hotel except for the swiming pool, o bar, lounge... Others hotels next to the beach were cheaper.

Delicious breakfasts, convenient location.
It's a little old furniture, but not charred.

convenient location, pool access, nearby restaurants
The shower needs a proper angle adjustment to avoid flooding the bathroom!!! Exposed pipes in the shower are unappealing and should be fixed!!! Room furniture feels dated and could be refreshed!!! Only six sun loungers available is not enough!!!

The room was new and nicely furnitured. Good location (in the center of the village). Best of all we liked breakfast, which was very tasty (nice sausage, baked potatoes, omelettes, delicious pancakes with honey, fruit). Breakfast did not change (same dishes every day), but was so tasty that we enjoyed eating the same things every day). It was much better than in many 4 star hotels which we stayed at in Thai.
The staff was not very attentive, especially waiters. During breakfast they were talking with each other in Thai loudly and did not pay any attention at guests.

We booked a suite, and it was fine-gorgeous room with a nice balcony and a relaxing jacuzzi. The staff was super nice, always bringing fresh fruit and keeping the room tidy. Plus, it's right near great restaurants and has a beautiful pool area with a bar. Would love to come back 🌴

There is a really bad smell in the rooms The prices in local agencies is about 30-40% cheaper then with Booked.net

They met us at the ferry port and carry our bags all the way to the hotel. We had a big room with a big bathroom on the second floor, and the air con worked fantastic. Pool/beach towels were provided. The breakfast was the best we had in Thailand. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of all the shops/restaurants/bars, and only a short walk to the beach.
If you pay by credit card they add on 3%!! On our trip we stayed in 6 different hotel all around Thailand and never once were we charged extra to pay with card. Also you have to pay for wifi even though it's free literally everywhere else on the island.

The staff and location were excellent. The room was very pretty and our patio walkout to the pool beautiful. It was a great deal for the price paid and included an ample breakfast.
The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Our shower leaked into the bedroom.
